The Opal seats up to 20 passengers and features a custom luxury interior. The Sunstone seats up to 25 passengers with expanded, spacious seating. Both require a 4-hour minimum booking.

The earlier, the better — especially for weekends, holidays, and major events. Here's our general guidance:

• Weekends and special occasions — at least 1–2 weeks in advance

• Weddings and proms — 4–8 weeks in advance is ideal

• FIFA World Cup 2026 match dates — book • immediately, availability is very limited

• Airport transfers and weekday trips — a few days' notice is usually fine, but we're available 24/7 for last-minute requests

Tolls are not included in any of our service rates. If your route passes through toll roads, those charges are the guest's responsibility.

Gratuity is not included in our pricing. Our drivers work incredibly hard and truly appreciate it — a typical tip is 15–20% of the total service cost, though it is entirely at your discretion.
